Misc Watch - Housing Bubble Edition

"The Volokh Conspiracy" talks about the housing bubble, and would be a great name for an episode of Star Trek. They also point to a cool web site that looks at weekly home asking prices for major markets. Chicago seems to be very stable; meanwhile, Phoenix is momentarily screwed, at least for high-end sellers. The Phoenix results are mirrored elsewhere, most notably in Los Angeles. So everyone's little Chicagoland condos are safe for now...
